Este es un servicio sin costo que lemontrip ofrece a sus clientes para facilitar el envío de archivos directamente y exclusivamente a nuestro servidor, no es un servicio de envío de archivos, lemontrip garantiza a sus clientes la confidencialidad y debido manejo de sus archivos, los cuales no serán compartidos de ninguna manera con terceros.
Nuestro horario es de lunes a viernes de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. si su archivo es enviado en fin de semana o día feriado en Costa Rica, usted recibirá un email confirmándole la recepción del archivo de manera inmediata y le estaremos contactando en el transcurso del primer día hábil posterior a dicho envío, su archivo será eliminado del sistema unos días después y le haremos llegar un aviso de confirmación.

This is a no cost service that lemontrip offers to its clients in order to facilitate them how to send their files directly and exclusively to our server, it is not intended as a files sharing service, lemontrip guarantees to its clients the confidentiality and proper handling of their files, they will not be shared in any way with third parties.
We're open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm , If you sent your files on a weekend or a local Costa Rica's holiday, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of the file immediately and we'll be contacting you within the first business day after, your file will be deleted from the system a few days later and you'll receive a confirmation notice.
